Análisis, Diseño, e Implementación de un Software, para la recepción de pedidos a domicilio en la empresa Chef’s Subs & Grill Delivery, aplicando una metodología ágil

Abstract

The CHEF'S SUBS & GRILL DELIVERY company is a food microenterprise established in June 2016 in the city of Guayaquil in which the home delivery service at the moment represents the only mode of customer service. To improve the home delivery service, the Chef´s Subs company, requests to implement an application that allows you to expedite the process of home orders that are made by telephone line. This project will implement an interactive solution that orders and orders the products offered in the restaurant. This software allows you to manage the orders made by customers to expedite their attention, facilitate the management and dispatch of orders so as to also reduce delivery time, providing better control and monitoring of each order. Carrying out the feasibility study of the requirement, the client is specified to make a client-server application that helps them take orders more agilely, for the development and implementation of the system certain tools and methodology are analyzed to be used in the developing. The tools studied for this project are SCRUM methodology, SqlServer database and Visual Basic programming language.
